WEIERSHA PP+PC awning be made of reinforced PP and UV resistant polycarbonate raw materials offered by Bayer, GE Sabic etc, assemblied wth electrophoretic aluminum profiles and stainless steel bolts.
This product involving a colorful and wide range of specifications series.

2-Parts and installaton
One set of this awning DIY equipment be consisted of:
1 piece strengthening rib PC hollow sheet + 2 PP brackets + 2 AL bars + 4 Steel setscrews + 6 steel phillips screws.

3-Application
WEIERSHA Awning or canopy is expertly used in building and decoration industry,to prevent the window,door,air condition etc.from harmful of the rain,snow,blazing sun and other servere environements.

4-Properties:
Light transmission: A wide light transmission range by panel colour of 15~90%.
Weather resistance: With anti-UV weather treatment on the surface, it can prevent the resin from fatigue and yellowing caused by UV. The anti-UV agent on the surface can change the UV absorbed by chemical bond into visible light, and finely stabilize the photosynthesis of plants

Impact resistance and high strength: The bracket With the strength as 250 times of the ordinary glass, 30 times as the PMMA sheet, it has less risk of breakage.

Fire retardant: Fire retardant is up to B2 level (based on National GB8625-88 testing, without flame or toxic gas).

Temperature toleration: Without deformation within the temperature range from-40° C to +120° C.

Sound insulation: It is the best transparent materials for sound insulation engineering as expressways, factories, etc.
